Pour profiter de l’isolation des combles à 1€, le revenu fiscal de référence de votre ménage doit être inférieur aux plafonds de ressources présentés sur le tableau de barème ci-dessous. Les plafonds dépendant du nombre de personnes qui compose votre foyer.

L’Agence National de l’Habitat (ANAH) met à jour chaque année les plafonds des revenus des ménages éligibles à l’isolation à 1€. C’est la totalité des revenus des personnes résidant dans l’habitation à isoler qui est prise en considération. Les plafonds de ressources pour bénéficier de ce Programme d’isolation 1 euro ne seront pas les mêmes si vous vivez en île-de-France ou en Province.
